How to obtain an Update

Our products evolve, and from time to time we are issuing new versions with new features and bugfixes. Some of these releases are development ones, i.e. these versions are not very stable, and we provide them for preview and testing purposes only.

Updates for registered users

On every stable release our registered customers receive a newsletter with a download link. But if you want to get latest version immediately, without waiting for the next release, you can use our download area at any time. To do this, please go to our Customer Care Center. There you can log in: E-mail address is the one you've used during the purchase process; password can be obtained by using Password Retrieval Service. After logging in you'll see a list of files available for download.
